"Please Feed The Bears"
This particular piece is a fiberglass sculpture over a parking meter that was designed for Wildlife Images in Grants Pass, OR as part of their fundraising event to build a new bear rehabilitation habitat.
Visitors "fed" the parking meter and the coins collected were used to help pay for the habitat.
